All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 1-10 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong product you can request a refund or a reshipment, we need one video and 3 photo proof showing received wrong item, photo must contain mail lable on parcel with delivery address and info. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused, you will receive refund after we receive returned product, also you must provide post tracking number. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so!
Be careful when choosing the size of the clothes, as the unsuitable size is not a reason for refund.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our team (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending us a message on Contact Us page.
According to the return policy, the buyer can return the goods of proper quality within 15 days, if:
– The packaging of the goods has not been damaged, the goods have no signs of use;
– Retained the full set of the product if it consists of several parts.
– The goods do not belong to any special categories:
– Underwear, stockings, socks, knitwear;
– Items and personal care products;
– Items for child care;
– Technically sophisticated household goods (smartphones, laptops, MFPs, monitors, TVs, RC cars, photo and video cameras, coffee machines, etc.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. An exchange isn’t always possible under the warranty policy.
Check the goods carefully when received at the post office. There are cases when the goods are damaged by the transport company during transportation. If when unpacking the goods on receipt at the post office, you find defects in the box, take a video and take 3 photos, one of the photos must be visible on a sticker on the parcel with the address and information about delivery
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
A product may have some external differences from the one presented in the pictures. There may also be minor differences in size and functionality.
Note that the priority should be considered the Pictures in the left upper block of the product card. Video may not display the appearance correctly, as it is taken from external sources.
